Couples and Relationship Therapy
Relationships are living systems—they evolve, adapt, and sometimes get stuck. When communication breaks down or emotional distance grows, therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening between you.
In our work together, we’ll:

-
Identify the recurring patterns that keep you feeling disconnected
-
Understand the emotional needs and fears driving those patterns
-
Explore the impact of past experiences on your current relationship
-
Develop tools for honest communication, empathy, and repair

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Interpersonal Psychoanalytic-Systemic approaches, I help couples tune into the emotional currents that shape their interactions. The goal is not only to resolve conflict, but to build a deeper and more resilient bond.

Whether you’re rebuilding after a rupture, navigating life transitions, or simply longing for more connection, therapy can help you move toward greater intimacy and understanding.
Individual Creative Arts Therapy
Sometimes words fall short. The language of image, movement, and symbol can speak for us when our feelings are too complex or too deeply held to articulate.
Creative arts therapy invites this kind of expression.
You don’t need to be an artist—just open to exploring through creativity. In sessions, we might use drawing, collage, writing, or other forms of creative process as a way to access unconscious material, regulate emotion, and uncover new insight.

This approach can be particularly helpful for:

-
Working through creative blocks
-
Exploring identity and self-expression
-
Integrating fragmented or conflicted aspects of the self
-
Healing trauma or grief
